The Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) oversees Montessori teacher training at affiliated institutions throughout the world. An important part of AMI training is the high quality of teacher trainers, who undergo a rigorous Training of Trainers Programme.

In an endeavour to broaden the scope of the Training of Trainers Programme and make the training period more compact, the AMI Sponsoring Committee is launching a Pilot Project for both the Primary (3-6) and Elementary (6-12) levels of training.

The Pilot Project will begin in the summer of 2007 and end in the summer of 2009.
