Credit toward a master's degree in education is granted for Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Montessori training by Loyola College in Maryland (Baltimore, Maryland). The student must be enrolled at Loyola College and in an AMI Montessori training course at the same time (i.e., credit is not granted retroactively for a diploma already earned). The Montessori training course (Elementary or Primary) counts as 27 credit hours. Three additional courses (9 credit hours) plus two research papers are required for the master's degree.
