NAMTA's purpose is to maintain Montessori traditions, and at the same time, to be on the cutting edge of innovative education. Accordingly, we provide the medium for study, interpretation, and improvement of Montessori education.
Montessori Development Partnerships (MDP) and The Hershey Foundation (HF) partnered to establish the Hershey Montessori Training Institute under the auspices of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). This program offers a master’s degree in elementary Montessori education which includes new and innovative course material focused upon preparation for adolescent work. The AMI Elementary course offers a comprehensive and integrated picture of the Montessori continuum of education, from birth through to adulthood. Visit Hershey Montessori Training Institute.
